Business Listings

- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines
- Buy Sale India is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content
- Business owners are solely responsible for the products and services they offer
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the platform
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
Intellectual Property
All content on Buy Sale India — including logos, design, text, and images — is the property of Buy Sale India. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
Payment & Refunds
- Basic listings are free of charge
- Premium and featured listings are subject to applicable fees
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
Limitation of Liability
Buy Sale India is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from use of the platform
- Accuracy of business information submitted by users
- Any transactions between users and businesses listed on the platform
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms
